Priscilla Douglas demonstrates the French Horn

The Galaxy Brass Quintet performed a concert for the students at Waterbury's Thatcher Brook Primary School on April 14, 2003. The program included classical and popular music and featured solos by each of the instruments.
The members of the Quintet are: Richard Steele & Jack Phipps on Trumpet, Priscilla Douglas on French Horn, Marty Mcrae on Trombone & Jim Diette on Tuba. The quintet performs for weddings, church services, and holiday concerts. Richard Steele manages the quintet (802) 425-2883.
The musicians all perform in the Green Mountain Brass Band which rehearses at the school. The musicians performed in appreciation of the school's generosity and the hope of inspiring the students. They will perform with the Band on July 3 for the Waterbury Concert in the Park Series during the Independence Day weekend celebration.
